Background, Family And Hobbies: I was born and
raised near Des Moines, Iowa. After high school, I decided to
venture west and attend The University of Arizona. I received an
incredible education from the college and loved the Arizona
weather, even the summers! After working in Tucson at a small
software company for a year after college, I relocated to
Scottsdale and accepted a position with a small software company.
My personal aspirations lead me in the direction of real estate
within 2 years. I came upon an opportunity with a small real estate
company that needed to be turned around, and I subsequently
purchased Apartment Source in 2004. Since that time, the company
has changed and grown dramatically. I love what I do, but mostly I
enjoy working with my clients and helping their real estate dreams
come true.
In my spare time, I enjoy traveling,
hiking, tennis, jogging, sporting events (especially watching my
Wildcats!), spending time with my "little sis" Jennifer, relaxing
with my pets, and bonding with my close group of friends. I am a
very blessed person, I truly enjoy my career and it enables me to
focus on other important priorities in my life.

Background, Family And Hobbies: I was born and
raised in a suburb of Milwaukee, Wisconsin and spent the majority
of my life in chilly weather. I graduated from college in 2001 and
decided to follow in the family footsteps and pursue a career in
real estate. I spent several years in Wisconsin practicing real
estate before deciding to change gears and head towards sunny
Arizona. After taking some graduate school classes, I decided to
follow what was in my heart and get back into real estate. I've
been involved in many different areas of real estate for close to 7
years now and truly enjoy what I do. I especially love working with
first time home buyers because I love the education process and
find it very rewarding to help people achieve the "American Dream",
- home ownership.
In my spare time, I enjoy exercising
(yoga, hiking, tennis, walking, running, biking, rollerblading,
kickboxing), traveling, volunteering, working on
personal/sprititual growth, and hanging out with good friends and
family. I too, am a very blessed person to have a great job and a
fufilling life.

Sarah Negus, Scottsdale Buyers Agent & Scottsdale
Sellers Agent
Experience: Arizona Licensed Real Estate Agent
since 8/06
Professional
Affiliations: Southeast Valley Association of
REALTORS; National Association of REALTORS
Background, Family And Hobbies: Sarah has
been a licensed REALTORĀ® since 1997. She acquired the vast majority
of her knowledge by joining a team with a large firm that mentored
her into a successful full service residential agent for both
buyers and sellers. After 8 years of experience in the real estate
industry she decided to expand her abilities and successfully
completed her Arizona Brokers education course in 2006 and obtained
her brokers license. With her brokers' license, education and
experience she has been afforded the opportunity to utilize her
management skills in operating her own business and still provide
her clients, both first time home buyers and experienced investors,
with professional results. Sarah missed working in a team
atmosphere and has come on board with Success Real Estate Group
where she can focus more on her clients needs versus running a
business.
I am a single mom of two teenage
girls. We enjoy family trips to the beach and camping.
When in town I spend my spare time reading, hiking and enjoying my
family and friends.

Background, Family, and Hobbies: I was born in

hot but I consider Arizona my home and I love it! I have 3 older
sisters who I am very close to in age and in spirits. Upon
graduating high school in May of 2009 I plan to obtain a business
focused college degree through Arizona State University. In my
extra time I enjoy camping, traveling, reading, watching movies,
watching football, spending time with family, and making memories
with friends. I feel lucky to live such a fulfilling life!
