Scottsdale Estates consists of 5 different phases, including
communities near:
- Scottsdale Road / Oak Street
- Thomas Road / Granite Reef Road
- Indian School Road / Hayden Road
- Chaparral Road / Granite Reef Road
- Roosevelt Street / Miller Road
Scottsdale Estates is the largest subdivision of south
Scottsdale homes with over 2,500 homes in Scottsdale. The
year built of these Scottsdale homes ranges from the late 1950's to
the early 1980's.
These homes range in square feet from around 1,000 feet to over
2,000 feet. Many have carports that have been turned into
garages and additions may have been added to the home as well.
Most of the older Scottsdale Estates homes were built using
block construction and consist of at least 3 bedrooms and 2
bathrooms. Newer Scottsdale Estates homes were built with
frame/waood construction and a stucco/painter exterior.
