This project has been approved by the City of Scottsdale however
it has been put on hold.
This $60 million dollar project will consist of a mixed
use/multi-family residential, retail and restaurant in Downtown
Scottsdale, located near Goldwater Boulevard and 5th Avenue.
There will be a total of 65 residential units, 15,500 sf of retail,
and 4,100 sf for one restaurant. Project is planned with
private parking and 180 spaces of public parking.
