Park Scottsdale was built in two phases, the first being
near Pima just south of Indian School and the second near
McDonald and Granite Reef. In total, these subdivisions have
over 2,000 homes including a fari number of two story town home
models built by Hallcraft. Approximately 66% of the single
family homes in Park Scottsdale have pools and the average square
footage is 1,500. These Scottsdale homes were built in the
1960's and 1970's. Most consist of at least 3 bedrooms and 2
bathrooms and many have carports that were converted to
garages. Some of these homes are also two stories.

Park Scottsdale is near Scottsdale's Pavillions shopping area
and golf course as well as Talking Stick Golf Course. It
is easy to jump on the 101 and be in north or south Scottsdale in
just minutes as well as Chandler, Tempe, Mesa, and downtown
Phoenix.
