Main Street Plaza is in the middle of all the hussle and
bussle of Old Town Scottsdale! Step out your front door to

Main Street Plaza was developed by Arruth Associates, Inc.
and broke ground on November 3, 2004. The community is
a 250-unit condominium and retail project and is located south
of Main Street between Marshall Way and Goldwater Boulevard.
Main Street Plaza plans call for four-phases. To date, the first
phase of 33 condos and lofts has been finished, along with some
retail shops and a parking garage. Sales had started on the
second phase, but that phase is temporarily suspended.
Several phase one units are currently available for resale.
Phase II will see the development of 54 total residences
including ten exclusive town home designs, four penthouse suites
and 40 luxury condominiums housed in two buildings overlooking the
historic Scottsdale Artists' school and adjoined by a central
courtyard, pool and private cabanas. First floor residences
have spacious private courtyards.
Phases three and four are expected to follow.
